# Create Role Play Session
The Create Session feature allows users to initiate a new role play practice based on a pre-defined scenario. This is ideal for personalized skill development and simulating real-world challenges.

# 📝 How to Create a New Session
Click the "+ New Session" button
- Located in the top-right corner of the Role Play section.
Choose a Category
- Select from the dropdown list of available categories to filter the relevant scenarios.
- Default: All
Select a Scenario
- Choose a scenario from the list. Each scenario is designed to simulate a specific sales or technical situation.
- Example:
Investigating the Cause of VFD IGBT Failure
Select a Voice Option
- Choose the preferred voice type for the simulated customer role:
- Auto
- Male
- Female
- Choose the preferred voice type for the simulated customer role:
Click on "Create Session"
- This will initiate a new role play recording with the selected settings.
- You will be redirected to the recording interface or see the session added to your list.

- Choose scenarios relevant to your role or recent challenges.
- Practice with different voice options for varied customer experiences.
- Use the recording to evaluate and improve your communication, objection handling, and technical explanations.
Note: Scenarios and categories are configured by Admin. Reach out to your learning administrator to suggest new scenarios.
