# Adding Content to a Dealroom

Dealroom

Follow these steps to add content to your Dealroom:

  1. Click the "+" button located in the center of the screen.
  2. A sidebar labeled "Add Content" will appear on the left.
  3. Select the type of content you want to add from the available options:
    • HEADER: Adds a section header.
    • MEDIA: Inserts images or videos.
    • FEATURED: Highlights specific content.
    • FEATURES: Adds multiple featured items.
    • NEWS: Displays news-related content.
    • NEWSLEFT: Places a news section aligned to the left.
    • POST: Adds a new post.
    • YOUTUBE: Embeds a YouTube video.

# Notes

  • Clicking on any content type will add it to the workspace.
  • You can edit or arrange the content after adding it.
  • Use the Save button in the top-right corner to retain changes.

# Editing a Dealroom

To edit a Dealroom, follow these steps:

# Dealroom

  1. Open the Dealroom you want to edit.
  2. You can update the following fields:
    • Title: Modify the Dealroom’s title.
    • Prospect Name: Update the prospect's name.
    • Prospect Website: Update the website, and the system will automatically fetch and apply its logo.
    • Message: Modify the message related to the Dealroom.
    • Expiry Date: Set or update the expiry date of the Dealroom.
  3. Click Save to apply the changes.

# Managing Resources in a Dealroom


Dealroom

Within a Dealroom, users can manage and add various resources:

  1. Add Resource: Upload relevant documents, presentations, or training materials.
  2. Add Link: Include external links to important websites, knowledge bases, or additional learning materials.
  3. User Actions:
    • Recording: Record interactions or meetings for future reference.
    • Saving: Save progress and updates to ensure all content remains up to date.
  4. Sharing: Share Dealroom content with team members using the Share button.

Note: Only the Dealroom owner can make these changes.
