# ScoreCard: Track & Assess Team Skills

The ScoreCard feature in CircleHD helps managers assess and track skill competencies across their teams. It provides a structured view of individual skill ratings, enabling performance measurement and identifying areas for improvement.

# 📌 Overview

The ScoreCard displays a list of team members and their skill ratings, assessed on a scale from Beginner (1) to Expert (5). The table format allows easy comparison across different skill categories.

# ⚠️ Ensure Team Members Are Assigned

  • Each manager must have assigned team members in the system.
  • If the ScoreCard appears empty, check with the admin to confirm assignments.

    Assignments can be managed through the USERS section in the Admin Panel.

# 🛠️ How to Access ScoreCard

1️⃣ Click the three-dot (⋮) menu in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
2️⃣ Select "Team Scorecard" from the dropdown menu.

🔹 Ensure you have the necessary permissions to access this feature.
🔹 The ScoreCard is only available for Managers.
3️⃣ The ScoreCard will be displayed.

✅ Skill Competency Dropdown → Filter by specific skills or view all competencies.
✅ Search Rep → Find a specific team member instantly.
✅ Color-Coded Ratings → Quick visual insights:

  • 🔴 1 (Beginner)
  • 🟠 2 (Developing)
  • 🟡 3 (Proficient)
  • 🟢 4 (Advanced)
  • 🟢 5 (Expert)
    ✅ Member List → Displays names and emails of team members.
    ✅ Competency Columns → Each column represents a different skill (e.g., Negotiation, Time Management, Empathy).
    ✅ Average Scores → Provides overall performance insights per skill and individual.
    ✅ Legend → Helps users understand the rating scale.

🔹 View Skill Competencies

  • Use the Skill Competency dropdown to filter results.
  • Select "All Competencies" for a complete view.

🔹 Search for a Specific Representative

  • Use the Search Rep bar to find an individual.
  • The table updates dynamically based on your search.

🔹 Analyze Scores

  • Check competency ratings for each team member.
  • Use the Skill Average row to assess team strengths and weaknesses.
  • Identify training needs with color-coded indicators.
