# Creating a New Session

Each training can have multiple sessions. To add a session:

  1. Open the created training and go to the Session tab.

  2. Click + Add Session and fill in the following:

    • Title: Session name (e.g., Python Basics)
    • Description: A brief about the session (e.g., Fundamentals of the Python)
    • Start and End Date
    • Instructor: Select from user list (e.g., Deborah)
    • Online Service: Select platform (e.g., Google Meet)
    • Venue: Physical or Remote
    • Cost: Session cost
    • Capacity: Maximum number of attendees
    • Session Code: Unique ID for the session
    • Threshold %: Completion threshold for attendees (e.g., 50%)
  3. Click Add to save the session.

📅 Sessions are visible and manageable from the session tab under each training.
