# Paths

The Paths section under the Learning tab provides administrators with a comprehensive overview and management panel for all learning paths available on the platform.

# Overview

Each row in the list represents a unique Learning Path with relevant metrics and actions. The interface is designed to allow quick access to status indicators and enrollment actions.

# Table Columns

  • Path: Title and icon/thumbnail of the learning path for easy identification.
  • Enrollments: Number of users currently enrolled in the path.
  • Completed: Number of users who have completed all modules in the path.
  • Published: Toggle switch to publish/unpublish the path.
  • Created: The date the path was created.
  • Assign: Button to assign the path to users or groups.
  • Actions Menu (⋯): Additional options like Edit, Duplicate, or Delete.

# Key Actions

Use the search bar to filter learning paths by name.

# ➕ Create New Path

Click the + New Path button to start creating a new learning path.

# 📤 Assign Path

Each row has an + Assign button to enroll users or groups into that specific path.

# 📊 Manage Publishing

Toggle the "Published" switch to control visibility to learners:

  • ON: Path is live and visible to assigned users.
  • OFF: Path remains in draft and is hidden from learners.

# Notes

  • Draft paths are not visible until published.
  • Completed count is updated automatically as learners finish all modules in the path.
  • Admins can edit or delete paths from the actions menu.
