# Creating a New Session
Each training can have multiple sessions. To add a session:
Open the created training and go to the Session tab.
Click + Add Session and fill in the following:
- Title: Session name (e.g., Python Basics)
- Description: A brief about the session (e.g., Fundamentals of the Python)
- Start and End Date
- Instructor: Select from user list (e.g., Deborah)
- Online Service: Select platform (e.g., Google Meet)
- Venue: Physical or Remote
- Cost: Session cost
- Capacity: Maximum number of attendees
- Session Code: Unique ID for the session
- Threshold %: Completion threshold for attendees (e.g., 50%)
Click Add to save the session.
📅 Sessions are visible and manageable from the session tab under each training.
