# 📚 Trainings Module - Instructor-Led Training (ILT)

The Trainings module is a part of the Learning Management System (LMS) that allows administrators and instructors to create, manage, and track Instructor-Led Training (ILT) sessions.

This module supports:

  • Adding new training programs
  • Creating one or multiple sessions under a training
  • Enrolling users
  • Tracking session-specific metrics (capacity, threshold, instructor, cost, etc.)

# How to Access the Trainings Module:

Access the Trainings module from the sidebar:

  1. Click on the Learning icon in the sidebar.
  2. Select Trainings from the Top Bar.
  3. You will be redirected to the Trainings dashboard.
  4. From here, you can navigate to different sections:

  • Training: View and manage existing training programs.

  • Sessions: Create and manage individual training sessions.

  • Enrollments: Track user enrollments in training sessions.

  • Trainings remain unpublished by default. Use the toggle switch to publish when ready.

  • Sessions can be edited or deleted using the actions (ellipsis menu).
