Enrollments Report

The Enrollments Report by Department provides a consolidated view of how different departments within the organization are engaging with assigned learning modules. It enables training administrators and team leads to monitor adoption, completion, and engagement metrics at the department level.

🔍 Filters

You can filter the report using:

• Start Date & End Date: Define the activity period for analysis.
• Module Type: Filter by the type of module (e.g., course, assessment).
• Modules: Narrow results to specific learning modules.
• Department: Focus on particular departments for detailed insights.

Click Generate Report to view updated data based on selected filters.

📊 Report Columns

Column	Description
Department	Name of the department being analyzed.
Total Enrollments	Total number of module enrollments within the department.
Modules Assigned	Count of distinct modules assigned to department users.
Completed	Number of modules completed by department users.
In Progress	Number of modules currently in progress.
Not Started	Number of modules yet to be started by users.
Avg Score	Average score across all completed assessments/modules (if applicable).
Total Users	Total number of users in the department.
Active Users	Users who have engaged with at least one module.
Engagement Rate (%)	Percentage of users engaging with learning content.
