The New Course Creation feature in the Courses section allows you to design custom training programs from scratch. This feature offers complete flexibility to tailor content to your team’s learning needs.

Steps to Create a New Course

1. Navigate to the Courses Section

• Go to Training > Courses in the CircleHD dashboard.
• Click on New Course to begin creating your course.

2. Add Course Details

• Course Title: Choose a relevant and concise title.
• Description: Provide a brief summary of the course’s purpose and learning objectives.

Adding Lessons & Quizzes

Lesson Management

1. Click Add Unit to add a new unit.
2. Click Add Quiz to include a quiz within a unit.
3. Drag-and-drop to rearrange lessons or units.
4. Click Add Section to divide lessons into structured segments.
5. Use the Trash icon to delete units.
6. Click the three dots to rename or delete a lesson.

Adding a Unit

1. Enter a Title for the unit.
2. Click Add Media to upload videos, images, text, or files.
3. Provide a Description of the unit.
4. Use Generate Description using AI (optional).
5. Set the Duration for the unit.
6. Click Save to finalize.

Adding a Quiz

Adding a quiz is optional but recommended for reinforcing learning.

1. Click Add Quiz inside a unit.
2. Click Add Question to create quiz questions.
3. Choose the question type (Multiple-choice or Single-choice).
4. Add answer choices and select the correct option(s).
5. (Optional) Provide an Explanation for the correct answer.
6. Click Save to confirm.
